Youtemp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months prior to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
